About DOWNLOAD & Licenses

About Free Download

You can use our music in your videos for free on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok. Perhaps your video will receive a copyright claim, this is normal, you don’t worry about anything, everything is in order with your video, it will not be deleted.

If you want to remove a claim in your video, in this case you need to purchase a license in our site and then show it on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
If you can not purchase a license, in this case you can leave all as it is. Your videos will feel good, they will not be imposed any restrictions (except for monetization –  ads will be embedded on your video, part of the income from showing this ad will go to the author of the composition).

In all other cases – for videos and advertising (outside YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitch) for vimeo, radio, tv, theaters, cinema – you need to buy a license.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Sell, resell, trade in, or give away the music to any other party or otherwise distribute the music “as is.”

Create/produce new musical works based on the music (musical compositions, songs).

Use/include the music in different types of music compilations, such as music compilation CDs/DVDs or music albums where the tracks are stand-alone elements.

Redistribute the music as a part of different multimedia templates (e.g., website templates, video templates, e-card templates, slideshow templates) that are subsequently offered to multiple end-users.

Redistribute the music as part of commercially produced and released on-hold systems that are subsequently offered/sold by you to other individuals or companies.

Use or redistribute the music as a part of telephone or mobile phone ringtones.

 P.S.

To clear a claim via YouTube, you simply need to let YouTube know that you have licensed the music and have the rights to use it. Simply choose to “dispute” the claim by clicking the “matched third party content” copyright notice next to the video in your Video Manager, or on your dedicated copyright notices page. After you click “file a dispute”, select the option “I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material”. In the “Reason for dispute” box, copy/paste the contents from your purchased license certificate.

Tips for clearing claims in advance.

Uploading early as an “Private” video. If you’ve licensed digitally music from Mantrastudio.site, we recommend that you set your YouTube videos to “Private” upon uploading, until all “matched third-party content” notices are cleared. This will allow suitable time for any copyright notices to be cleared before the video is published, and ensure that you can monetize your video from the moment it goes live without any conflicts. Once the copyright notice has been removed, the video can then be set to “Public” and monetization can be activated on the video.

If there are difficulties in the process of monetizing your video or project. Please write to us info@mantrastudio.site or through the form on the site. We will whitelist your video. Be sure to indicate the your email to which you received our check and content as well as a link to the your project or video.
